I am so excited to tell you about this GREAT Debit Card Program that Target has!! I found out about it last week at a coupon class! (You see, I am still learning too!) I knew that you could get a Target Credit Card and get a discount on everything you purchased at Target, but I try to stay away from Store Credit Cards…..BUT…you can also get a Target Debit Card!! The Debit card is linked directly to your checking account, so it is the same as writing a check or using you bank debit card at Target… BUT…..when you use the Target Debit Card you get 5% off your entire order!! An associate (at the Mobile, AL Target) told me yesterday that I could link a school to my debit card, and Target would donate 1% of my purchases to that school. Since I still have not bit the bullet to get one yet, I don’t know how true that is, but getting a Target debit card is going to be a priority for me if that’s true/my next Target visit.
