$1 off Ruffles Chips & Dip Tearpad on the Booze at Walmart!!! If you have been to a class you were probably shocked to hear me say to head to the Beer aisle to look for tearpads!! Well this is why!! In many states.. like my state of Alabama, it is illegal to have coupons for alcoholic beverages! Therefore, the coupons in these states DO NOT require a purchase of alcohol!!!
