The booklet is about 24 pages, I think, LOL! It covers everything from where to get coupons to stockpiling, to pharmacy shopping & more.

Hello, what you do is great…I know we all appreciate how helpful your site is as well as you as a person. I just started this and wish I would have continued in learning it a few years back before TLC started their show….GRR…Anyways, Im from the North East, Massachusetts and I was looking to see if you knew anyone who assisted people around here. I was going through the stores you shop with and I unfortunently do not have those around here. I use Price Chopper, Shaws, Hanafords, Stop and Shop. I would love to purchase your book but is it store related? Any ideas?
