Sheena,
Kroger really doesn’t allow overage, or at least in Alabama they don’t:( At Walmart, if you look HERE and scroll all the way down, you will see the list of items you can get at Walmart that will give you overage:) I am not sure where you are stacking coupons. If it is at Walmart, I am not sure I am understanding how? To stack coupons one must be a store coupon and the other has to be a manufacturer coupon. I have not ever seen a Walmart store coupon:) The Walmart overage list changes all the time. I am adding some new stuff to it tonight:)

My walmart is in a trial period right now they are taking everyones store coupons from family dollar to target and then you put a manufacture Q with it thats stacking right? My walmart is doubling up to 99 cents also right now with the trial period. I want my overages so I can buy meat or something that never has coupons or use the overage on what the coupon doesnt cover. I hope this makes more sense now.

Definitely, You should be able to score some AWESOME DEALS! Yes, that is exactly what stacking is:) Did you check out the overage list? Also, another trick for overage would be use the coupon database HERE. Look for coupons for 99¢ and less. Use the advanced setting on the database. In order to get a lot of overage, you will have to buy multiples of the same items. The biggest overage I have seen lately is for the Schick Razors Printable HERE Hopefully, there are still prints left. You will only be able to print 2 per computer, but its about $2 in overage before tax.
